Welcome to Zen Barber Lounge’s website. By accessing or using our website, booking services, or submitting information, you agree to be bound by the following terms:
1. Appointments & Cancellations
We operate by appointment, with limited walk-in availability. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 3 hours before the scheduled time. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.
2. Payments
Payments are due at the time of service. Deposits may be required for select services. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
3. No-Show Policy
No-shows may be subject to a fee and future appointment restrictions.
4. Right to Refuse Service
Zen Barber Lounge reserves the right to refuse service to any individual for disruptive behavior, non-compliance with hygiene or health standards, or failure to adhere to these terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including logos, graphics, service names, and descriptions—is the property of Zen Barber Lounge and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability
Zen Barber Lounge is not responsible for adverse reactions to products used during services or for any content errors on this site. Services are performed at the discretion of the client and barber.

7. Policy Updates

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
